At Coombeshead Sixth Form College we encourage community involvement from our students through a range of opportunities open to all:

Our student governors have the opportunity to be involved with the democratic process in the lower school, chairing year group council meetings and whole school council meetings, effecting change through these positions.

Our sixth form has a student union committee, who lead on a variety of roles from organising charity events such as the recent Macmillan coffee morning to running extra-curricular sporting opportunities, a debate club and planning for the summer ball.

We are also in the process of training a small group of our students as Mental Health First Aiders, to help support the young people in our own sixth form community.
